Only booked number of guests are allowed to stay with us. Please keep the hotel informed of your arrival time or changes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Transfers: Complimentary transfers are available to and from Domestic and International Airport to the hotel. Please let the hotel know in advance if you want to use this service. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. The property requires an NZD 150 credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This is a Refundable Bond during the stay. There is a 3.15% surcharge applicable on all online bookings made through Cards.Please Note: Non-refundable rate plans will continue to be charged the full accommodation cost within 24-hours of booking being made as per standard policy. No changes or modifications will be accepted on these rate plans. Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to avoid any administration/service charges. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur an administration/service charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation cost per room booked.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lady at the desk was knowledgeable and helped us with check-in. Room was quite large and had everything we needed! On the day of check-out, we woke up late and missed the shuttle bus - the Indian man at reception immediately booked taxi vans for us. He even stayed with us until we had all our luggage loaded! Absolutely excellent experience, we were very thankful.

Excellent comfortable accommodation for the price. Hotel is dated but the bed was excellent. Fantastic breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again

I was in Auckland for a stopover. Checked in 1:20am (I’m really sorry!!) but super friendly stuff and let me check out 1h later. Very comfortable bed and clean room plus free shuttle to the airport close by. All together very pleasant experience and can definitely recommend. Thank you!

The room was very good because we got an upgrade to a suite. The included continental breakfast had a good choice. The free airport shuttle was efficient.

excellent location to where I wanted to be, the room side door parking was very convenient for loading and unloading luggage and shopping, however it cannot be locked or open from outside, washer and dryer on location $3 a load
