Clean and comfortable. Great location- easy walk to downtown Atlanta or nearby train station. I felt safe in this area, and secure access to building. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Room was good, it was clean and had everything we needed, the bedcover brightened the room up nicely. Was great having a balcony to let natural light and fresh air in and as it was a closed off balcony and not a thoroughfare we could leave the door open while in the room. Hair dryers are available, just ask at reception. Location was good, is it on the outskirts, but only 10minutes walk to public transport and the park. Some eating options are also just down the road. We walked everywhere during the day and early evening, walking back late at night we didn't end up experiencing, by chance we were driven home so cannot comment on safety at night. Shout out to the cleaning crew, could see they make an effort. The gentleman cleaning the floor at checkin notified the reception we were there and also got the elevator for us and saw him daily checking the front parking area for rubbish etc. We were able to store our luggage when leaving and our room was ready when we arrived at 11am.

Very convenient for attending the AmericasMart trade shows. Only 10 minutes walking distance. The room was very spacious. Be aware there is no hairdryer in the room. Basic toiletries and fresh towels delivered daily.

The location is good, it is clean but very old. It needs maintenance. The bed is very comfortable. They leave some amenities in the bathroom

It was in a central location near chain hotels, The rooms were large enough and the bed was comfortable. towels were a little old, the room was clean.. We reached the hotel from the airport with Uber for 33 dollars. Cocacola Word can be reached in a short time by walking.
