When checking in, we could upgrade our room for a higher level and better view. We did not regret that. The view from our big hotel rooms was superb! The room was large and so was the bed. The hotel lobbey is big, has a nice bar and shop to buy small groceries, food, drinks etc.

I was a bit skeptical about staying here because of the reviews, but I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay here. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. My room was very spacious and clean. They clean the room every day, which is hard to find in the post-pandemic era. I tried their breakfast once and it was really good. I would definitely recommend the restaurant “Southern elements” which can be found in the lobby. Amazing food. I kept going back. Hotel is very spacious with several restaurants, fitness area and an overpriced shop. Location is ideal as you are close to all the main sites in the downtown.

Large, comfortable rooms well serviced daily. Friendly staff, well located, not cheap but good value. Facilities were modern and the bar and restaurant excellent.

I liked the grab and go area that stayed open at 1am, in case you needed anything extra in house.

Breakfast was perfect, hotel people were friendly and helpful. The grocery store inside the hotel was also very useful for complying the needs. Atlanta is a tough city, Hilton Downtown helped me a lot with transportation, housing, food & beverage. Especially the check in and check out was very fast, there were almost no formalities which is essentially a great success of the Hotel, from my point.

I really liked the staff and how beautiful the hotel was. My room was very comfortable and had a great shower. I really liked the gym there as well.
