Staff were great. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return. Comments below are just for your help to improve the room, definitely not a complaint

Friendly and helpful staff, good bar. It's a continental breakfast. Short walk into town. Try the Old Swan and The Angel pubs. Plenty of parking. Nice area

The staff who was working on the day we arrived was helpful and friendly.The room was a very good size .The food was very good and at a good price and so was the drink .The whole atmosphere was very relaxing and friendly.we will be stopping again in the near future.q

Staff were super friendly and welcoming, the bar was nice and cosy. We went to the attached restaurant on our 2nd night and the food was beautiful and reasonably priced for the quality This was our 2nd stay and will probably continue to use this hotel for our trips to the NEC as its only 30mins away

As I needed somewhere last minute and used to live in the area I chose this place based on memories from years ago and wasn't disappointed. We all slept well before our long drive home to Anglesey.

No breakfast was provided however the evening meals in the restaurant were well cooked and very good value. My wife has a nut allergy and was catered for easily, far better than some more recognised hotels we have stayed in. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Both bar and lounge were comfortable and offered a good range of real ale, brewed locally. Parking on site was good offering more than adequate space on busy weekends. We stayed in a budget room which had tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries in the bathroom making it good value for money, and considering that we were near a busy road was very quiet.
