The best value for money in Athens. Not far from the center, there are supermarkets nearby, pleasant staff, a nice room with a balcony, a possibility of using a shared kitchen. We are staying here not for the first time and will stay again!

Sergei the guest house host/owner was very welcoming and proud to give us a tour. The rooftop terrace with views of the Acropolis was such an unexpected surprise. The room was clean, air conditioning was great. Don't be put off by the location, there are lots of cafes, restaurants and quirky neighbourhoods nearby. We felt very safe and welcomed by all the locals in the area.

I stayed here for the umpteenth time, so there were no surprises. The price-value ratio of the accommodation is unbeatable in Athens, I will come here again next time if there is a free room.

The view of the Parthenon from the sun terrace, and Sergey, were both great. The room was ok. The kitchen was terrible. The shower/toilet was ok. Well worth the money so don't expect luxury. .

It was amazing place to stay. Microwave, kettle and little kitchen. It’s not too far from central area just need to take another bus but the price we paid which we do not have complains. Double room is spacious. Onwer is really nice and kind and show us the beautiful roof top which have a great view.

It's very cheap, difícult to find something with a similar price in Athens. It has a kitchen. The man who received us was very kind.

The host was a very friendly and responsible old gentleman, who waited me until 12am to check-in. He doesn’t speak much English but tried his best to show me around everything and we had no problem communicating. The shared bathroom is fairly clean with disinfectant and shampoo prepared. My room faces the road and has a balcony where I can enjoy the sunshine in the morning. Also, the building has a rooftop with deck chairs where people can have a city view and on that rooftop you can even see Acropolis. The guest house is in a very safe area of Athens, with quite some tourists and local living people, which is especially precious considering the overall worrying safety situation in this city.
