The hotel was good, front desk and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good but not great however the coffee was awful.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions.

We always take Novotel hotel if possible, because stay is nice, breakfast is perfect and is pet friendly. This one in Athens doesn’t allow to take your dog to breakfast with you, unlike the Novotels in France and Austria. So it is not completely pet friendly, but ok. This hotel has the best breakfast ever. The area is very close to city centre but the impression is - not completely safe. We visited a rooftop swimming pool area to see the fireworks for new years eve, and it was very nice experience, since we were visiting with small children and the dog, so didn’t want to stay out too late.

Amazing hotel and super friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, good location, easy communication with the staff. There is a pool and coffee area on the roof top with an amazing view. Highly recommended
