Location is excellent - Acropolis is 15 mins on foot and metro/tram is under 10 mins on foot. Room was clean and comfortable. Received a lovely welcome on arrival with a coffee. Lots of very tasty breakfast options from the bistro downstairs. Small supermarket and other shops practically next door.

Nice rooms located in a very cute area away from the chaos of the more touristy neighbourhoods. The staff is very kind and friendly. The bar downstairs, where they also serve the delicious breakfast, is very nice and lively at night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Nice calm hotel in the neighbourhood of the Acropolis. We also had a problem with the airco and they solved it immediately. Great breakfast!

From a great location to the friendly staff, everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was so filling! We came back to the restaurant a few times as it was just high quality. The size of the room was just enough.

Very good situated. Ten minutes walk to main touristic atractions. There is a lot of good restaurants around. The cuisine at the hotel is very good. The staff is very helpful. They helped us a lot during our stay, we have a child with special needs and dietary restrictions. It helped us a lot, we enjoyed our stay in Athens and Neratzia. Thanks to Neratzia team !

Great little boutique hotel in a very good location. Super clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. All you might need literally at the doorstep (a supermarket and a number of restaurants, bistros, sweet/pastry shops). Close to Acropolis (10-15 mins on foot). Safe and nice neighborhood. Breakfasts are simply...E P I C! Highly recommended.
