Great location to explore Athens city. Walking distance to lots of local sites. Coffee shop and supplies in close proximity. Rooms were small but all you needed as we were out exploring ALL day. Some furniture outdated. Friendly, helpful staff, we would stay again.

We got an email that provided good information about directions etc before check-in. The staff was really nice and helpful and we got a last minute booking before new years. The hotel is walking distance from the major places of the city, with metro, bus and tram close buy too, quiet area with lots of nice restaurants/coffee shops

1. Location is perfect. Very close to the metro and there are supermarkets and cafes nearby, but yet very quiet. 2. Staff is very friendly. 3. Bed is comfortable.

My favourite thing about the hotel is that it's on a little cul de sac so very quiet and no traffic and I could appreciate that as my room had a great balcony to sit out and have a drink etc. The balcony made up for the room being small but as I travelled alone, I was happy the room had two single beds which was ideal as I could use the other bed to put book, clothes etc. on top of. The room was much more modern than communal area, bright and clean and peaceful.

The hotel is perfect in a stunning location, the staff is very, very attentive to all needs, helpful, flexible with us, they were flexible with us in the rooms as well as when checking in and out, really just perfect, I don't have a single bad thing to say about the hotel, value above and beyond the price

Very clean, comfortable, in a calm street, albeit very close to a main artery of the city. Good location close to the Acropolis, close to the metro. Hot water in the bathroom. I recommend it. The ratio between price and quality is fair.

I spent a few days in Athens with my mother and our twin room here was a perfect place to stay. The hotel is located at the end of a small cul-de-sac (which made it pleasantly quiet) in the area of Koukaki (which lies conveniently close to the Acropolis without feeling too heavily commercialised). Our room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was well-presented and worked. The staff were very friendly and kindly spoke English. I would strongly recommend Marble House to anyone.
