beautiful, comfortable, both rooms big and with comfortable beds. two full bathrooms, one large and the second is en-suite , all new and in perfect condition. TVs even with Netflix (not that we went to Athens to watch tv)

We had a wonderful week here - John and Xenia are very lovely hosts and make you feel welcome and at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and all the appliances are of high quality. The furniture is modern but the whole apartment feels very cozy. The pictures you see on the internet reflect exactly what the apartment looks like. The two bathrooms are very handy; everything works perfectly, including the water pressure in the shower. The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom is a bit small, but very functional (the spacious bathroom in the hall with its big walk-in-shower makes up for it). We are a family of four (two teenage boys) and appreciated our separate spaces a lot. There is A/C in both bedrooms as well as in the living room (even though we did not need A/C since we stayed here in February; but it can also be used as additional heating). The mattresses of all the beds are comfortable. We had a very good sleep at night. Even though the flat is situated in a busy road, the noises coming from the street are not excessive. The closets in the two bedrooms are big and offer enough space for clothes to be hung and to be folded and put on shelves – simply perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, the only thing missing might be a dishwasher, but that did not bother us too much as we ate out almost all the time. The location of the flat is perfect: good restaurants and bars are only two steps away and the historical sites can be reached easily by foot within max. 20/25 minutes. We only used public transportation on arrival and to get to the airport: the train (blue line no. 3) takes you directly from the airport to Monastiraki Square and then it’s a five minutes’ walk to the apartment. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen and some capsules are also provided. The fridge is spacious, there is an oven and a microwave. There are enough dishes for 4 people; everything is impeccable. There is also a washing machine/dryer.

Apartment is very spacious with two bathrooms. Communication with owners was easy. Located in Central Athens, many Shops and bars nearby.

Jhon the honer was very lovely and helpful. The apartment it's fully equipped in the best location, very clean and comfortable. Two bedrooms, w.c and showers, suitable for families. Highly recommended 👌

fantastic location in the heart of the old town Athens, great host John and very nicely appointed apartment recently renovated. Easy access with pass keys for front door. Walking distance to everything, shops, restaurants and supermarket down the road. Highly recommend this apartment and host. :-)
