The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient, just in the centre of Kifisia. Everything is within a walking distance.

Location of the hotel is perfect and it is quite quiet in the night, which i liked

Breakfast was very basic, so we ate out a lot.Thankfully the area is great, so there were a lot of options. We had some medical issues & Konstin, the staff member on the desk at night helped us massively, advising on the correct emergency ward to go to, ringing them beforehand to check & booking us a taxi. Staff in genreal were excellent & we had a really nice stay.
