-The staffs in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They do speak English very well, so there are no language barriers at all. -The room is very clean and organized with all the basic required facilities. -The location of the hotel is close to the metro station. It is not that dangerous area as expected.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily but I don't think they changed our beds in 8 days of our stay...

Honestly I was quite apprehensive after seeing the reviews of this hotel, but after my stay I've found that the experience was a lot more pleasant than expected. The room was very clean and had a great view. We also had daily housekeeping which was nice. Overall, I'd say that it's a good value for money and pretty close to attractions in Athens. The people at the front desk were really helpful as well and even let us keep our bags there after we had checked out.
