We had to change our original reservations due to the TSA strike and a change in plans. The people at Dwell could not have been more accommodating! We arrived and were greeted with smiles and the offer of a welcome drink - which I would loved, but we were ready to shop. The room was very large by Athens' standards, had lots of light and was laid out thoughfully. We had some issues with the air conditioning and the safe, and they were extremely quick to get them both resolved. We also enjoyed the breakfast and coffee downstairs. There are 4 pretty unique selections, and everything was great quality and prepared very well. They also make an excellent cappucino. The location was kind of everything. We were walking distance to great shopping at the Attica Mall, Ermou and many other good shops. There were so many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk, the hard part was just deciding where to go. We have found our new place to stay when we go into Athens!

Great location, just about 200m from Metro station, check in was seamless, with good interaction with staff, room had a small balcony, with the great breakfast being available in the room, and at the front of the hotel

We loved the fresh made to order breakfast delivered to the room every day of our stay . The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the small side but were modern and well decorated. We loved the balcony in our room. Looks like they developed an old apartment building into an hotel. We loved the little kitchenette in the rooms. The area next to the hotel is busy area . Lot of shops/ restaurants/ cafe. Very lively at night.

Perfect location. Extremely clean and also staff is lovely. The satisfiying breakfast either comes to your room or you may eat at the street seating space (no extra charges for room). Iron, smart tv, kitchenette (full), towels and ammenities are all huge plus for a 4star service.

Room was super clean and staff were very friendly. Location is great if you want to do a bit of everything. The breakfast was the very best thing. I’ve never had a breakfast this good in 21 years of visiting Greece.

The breakfast included a small selection of well-chosen options all of which were appealing, with variety and fresh ingredients plus optional extras. Much nicer than a buffet!
