The size of the room was great, the bed was very comfy, the breakfast was great, the staff was very kind, helpful always smiling in every section of the hotel :)) The location was very central, walking close everywhere. Plus sustainable:)

I truly enjoyed my stay at your hotel and appreciated the overall atmosphere and service. However, I would like to kindly suggest an improvement regarding the breakfast offerings. At the moment, the breakfast selection feels rather limited, especially in terms of vegetarian and vegan options. Expanding the variety to include more plant-based and vegetarian-friendly items—such as plant-based milks, yogurts, cheeses, cold cuts, and a richer selection of fruits, vegetables, and cereals—would significantly enhance the experience and better accommodate guests with different dietary preferences. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to seeing your breakfast evolve to reflect the same quality as the rest of your hotel.

The location was excellent, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable event thought slight small. The entrance to the reception is through cocomat store. The breakfast was good but low quantity and some small notices, like the fruits, were not cut and small stuff like that. The breakfast was not on the roof but you could take it up if you want in a tray. On the roof there was no stuff and also no coffee or drinks there. Additionally there is no smoking ANYWHERE in the hotel, even on the roof. We had a small encountere with the stuff but the manager resolved the issue professionally. I recommend for comfortable stay in the room but the facilities are not what we expected.
