Travelled with family including 2 children. Konstantinos was very helpful and always available for queries. The property is Very well kept. It was cleaned every day and we had regular supplies of towels, bottled water and coffee. It is within walking distance of Monastiriki market and metros. There was a safe enclosed area for parking our rental car.

The manager is absolutely legend and so responsive. The hotel is very centrally located and close to everything. The tube station is 2 mins away from the property and I was in town in no time. You can even walk if you like. It takes around 10 mins or so. You can have free tea and water in the reception area. There is a park next to the hotel but it is not like one of London's park so it is safe at night time.

Excellent house, perfect location, very clean and comfortable, daily house keeping, free water, coffee and tea, Mr. Konstantinos the host was exceptional, advised us the best restaurants, taking care of the small details, highly recommend.

Close to metro, tour bus and good tavernas. Although we did not meet the host, he was very helpful, with text messages, with regard to recommending walks and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, however it was difficult to get in and out via the ladder. Good value for money.

The stay in the place was very good and without problems, the building is quiet and the room is cleaned daily if required. Extras such as water, tea or coffee are available for free, there is even a Pacman machine at the bottom of the stairs. Konstatinos was super nice to us and gave us a much bigger room with a terrace which we were very grateful for. He also pointed us to some nearby places for dinner, Seychelles was one of them and I highly recommend it as it is a nice place and the food is delicious. The distance to the center, monasteraki and Placa is 20-25 minutes walking, straight ahead. We never used public transportation, although there is a subway station a few blocks away. If you want to enjoy Athens, it is a good place to stay.

The big apartment is very comfortable and with unique style. The original "Street fighter" game was a nice surprise for the kids. The owner proactively contacted us, so we are able to find the house and to have somebody to welcome us. There is also private parking.
