The location is fantastic without a doubt. Most tourists in Aswan arrive ; leave and stay on a cruise boat so luxury accommodation is sparse here . This was our second visit to this hotel. We were upgraded to a junior suite and thoughtfully given free room service when we arrived late at night as we were half board . The staff are all very friendly and polite . I had a wonderful massage in the spa . Possibly the best ever . Thankyou to El Amir for topping up our coffee at breakfast and the extra sweet treats in our lunch boxes when we went to Abu Simbel .

Very kid friendly. Beautiful breakfast and dinner. Free jacuzzi and heated pool in winter. Lovely rooms. Excellent service. We especially enjoyed the complimentary Christmas dinner at the panaromic restaurant. Thank you for giving us an unforgettable time.

The staff were beyond amazing. Especially Taysser in customer relations. I left a few valuable items in safe & she ensured it was taken to lost & found, till I came back. She was the best. Other staff also were sooo good.

She was always available to answer our questions and as repeated customers, she surprised us with a wonderful upgrade for our booked villa. She's always welcoming and smiling! She's a big asset for the Movenpick resort. Thank you again! We loved the resort even more thanks to all your efforts and work. This resort is our first and only choice in Aswan! This is not our first time there and we've been going since 2016. The resort always exceeds our expectations. This time there was a big surprise for us: we were upgraded to a fantastic family villa! This was a stunning and delightful surprise that was appreciated greatly by the whole family. Actually, the rooms and the villa are beautifully designed and very comfortable. The food is awesome. The unique views on Aswan's Nile are superb. The most efficient and bright element is the human element. The staff is very well trained, professional and helpful. Love from our family to yours!

The location of the hotel is exceptional and has a wonderful view of the Nile. The reception was wonderful and the service was exceptional, especially Miss Taysir and Miss Israa. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was welcoming and the service was outstanding. Thank you and I advise everyone to visit the hotel and enjoy.

The location of the hotel is stunning looking out over the Nile and our room was lovely, yet managed to be quiet even though there were boats coming and going outside :) The grounds/gardens are spectacular and the view from the Panorama Restaurant in the old hotel is well worth a trip up the elevator. Breakfast was very good with many choices and eggs cooked to order looking out over the botanical gardens.
