The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk from the port, with stunning views of the Nile and botanical gardens. Ahmed, our host, was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring our stay was seamless and memorable. The homemade breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Nile was a dream and a trip highlight. Our room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with an incredibly comfortable bed. Huge thanks to Ahmed for an unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful stay. Superb Nile view from the private balcony and from the rooftop. Top location. Achmed is a wonderful and very helpful host. You can book trips for fair prices. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse. Especially the rooftop terras where you can enjoy your breakfast with a fantastic view over the Nile. Clean, basic but comfortable room with airconditioning for Summer and heating for winter. We booked a visit to Abu Simbel and a 2 night felucca tour via the owner. Everything was organised fantasticly at a good price. Next to a good host, the owner is also a good captain. He accompanied us the first 2 hours of our felucca tour :)

The guesthouse is really pretty and nicely located along the Nile. Ahmed, the owner, was always very helpful and ready to answer questions and arrange our trips to Philae, Luxor, and other places we wanted to visit. The guesthouse is also in a very quiet neighbourhood and away from the noise from the city, which was very much needed. Last but not least, delicious breakfast.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful, peaceful guesthouse on Elephant Island. Our room was spotlessly clean and offered an amazing view of the Nile from the balcony. The real highlight of our stay was the host family – they are incredibly warm-hearted and took such thoughtful care of us, always with a respectful and unobtrusive approach. We were even able to use the washing machine free of charge, which was a huge help during our travels. We arranged a trip to Abu Simbel and a two-day felucca tour including subsequent transport to Luxor with Ahmed. He ensured everything ran smoothly by checking in with us during the tours, making sure we were comfortable and everything was going well. The prices were fair, and we truly felt looked after. We can’t recommend this guesthouse enough – it was the best accommodation we experienced on our entire trip.

Nice room with beautiful balcony view on the nile. Very quiet and peaceful on Elephantine Island, easy enough to reach with public ferry The staff is nice and helped us to arrange the Abu Simbel tour and transport to the view point The WiFi was one of the best that we had in any place in Egypt

Amazing place, very nice people!! They take care of us very well. Nubian people are warm! Dinner with fish and breakfast, all homemade and delicious!! We will come back, for sure!!!

We had very nice and welcoming hosts. The house has a very nice vibe, and on the rooftop you can chill after a long day with a really nice view. Ahmed and his family were really nice and helpfull, it was a well spent and memorable holiday at them.
