What a great place. We are so happy to have stayed at El Descanso de Wendy. The staff were excellent, let us check in early, the room was spotless and had all the amenities we could want and very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also outstanding, especially being served on our own private alcove. We have no regrets whatsoever staying here.

Exceptional! Wonderful host and rooms. Close to Cathedral and other attractions. Highly recommend. Breakfast is worth mentioning too, it was delicious

Friendly staff, well stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, and snacks. Luxuriously designed apartment and public rooms. Fantastic breakfast of fresh fruits, breads, pastries, and freshly cooked omelette. This one was an absolute star of a find.

Our room was spacious, tastefully furnished and surpassed our expectations. The ensuite was modern, plenty of towels and toiletries, absolutely spotless, and the water was hot at all times. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were lovely.

This hotel is a little gem in the center of Astorga. It was like staying in a palace or chateau. Huge room with a comfy bed, multiple seating areas, a nice outside terrace, and overall a very cozy atmosphere. The highlight of my stay was the amazing breakfast served by super friendly staff.
