“It was a perfect stay.”

The location is really convenient for travelers as it is not very far from the main city. The staff were very kind and helped us to do online food delivery. The breakfast was delicious. The room was warm and cosy. Overall it was a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Huge admiration to the lady with a short grey hair for making our stay more easy.☃️

Location: Bus station is just outside to go anywhere in the city and also to the airport. Train station astana 1 is also very nearby. Cabs are very easily available. Staff: very helpful and courteous staff and speaks English. Rooms: clean and single room enough space for one person. Breakfast: freshly made and scrumptious. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. And food delivery is also pretty easy. Quiet and good hotel for the price.

If I come to Astana again, I will stay in this hotel again. The room is comfortable. When I needed any additional items, the employees brought them to me immediately. The breakfast is not diverse, but nourishing. The location is good. McDonalds and supermarket with ATM are about 5-minute walk from the hotel. Bus stop is just nest to the entrance

The staff were excellant On my third night i fell over in the bedroom resulting in me having severe back spasms ( couldnt stand or walk ) The young lady at the desk sorted out a chiropractor and made sure i was comfortable as possible and for 2 more days made sure i was as comfortable as possible arranging taxis etc Thank you so much
