“Would choose again if I visit Astana”

The staff are really helpful and friendly. They gave me assistance in finding places to eat and visit. I enjoyed my room because it was cosy and it had a nice balcony.

The location of this hotel was great (close to my office place), and the staff were very polite and friendly. They even helped me with my bags, ordering food and other requests which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, due to the jetlag, I wasn't able to have breakfast all the time at the hotel, but the staff were kind enough to suggest some sandwiches I could take away. Breakfast was small but at least you are not hungry. They will suggest you options, porage or eggs with sausages. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience at this hotel. The restaurants and pharmacies around the corner, along the main street, there were some delicious cafes nearby as well. The hotel's proximity to my office area was also a major plus. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again the next time I'm in the area. The combination of the great location, friendly staff (especially Alexey, Nazira and Erasil, and overall comfortable experience made it a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel was near city centre. Breakfast was good. The room had a balcony! It also had a water boiling kettle and a refrigerator.

Staff were excellent, lovely clean room (but very small so definitely consider spending a bit more for a bigger room). Breakfast standard - porridge or eggs & sausage. Location great for local restaurants.

Normal location. Near banks, public service centers, central park no more than 30 minutes walk.There was a kettle in the room; tea was added during cleaning.
