Lovely and thoughtful staff and location!!! Went to Assisi for my mum's birthday and we had a wonderful time! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is superb! :)

The reception was a disaster. We asked for a room in a lower level. Two guys at the reception, one said he was a cook and could not do anything. Neither of them understood English. What saved our stay in your hotel was the breakfast , the two women serving breakfast and the location

The location was excellent—a few minutes' walk to the town centre square. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the cosy and quaint restaurant just a few steps from our front door. The room was comfortable and clean. Our host was lovely and very accommodating.

A small hotel in the center of the medieval part, good central location, available on foot to everywhere. Breakfast was basic but good. But a very small room and there was no real shower cabin, just a plastic door that could be stretched out/unfolded and it was tiny. Terrible mattress, very old and used, I think a new mattress is a must!

Great location! Breakfast was nice; a croissant, bread, cheese, ham, yoghurt, fruit, cake, juice and when I asked for tea I got a whole pot. Staff was very friendly. For Assisi pretty cheap.
