It's a family business and the family members are involved and were very nice and friendly. They explained all the must-see in Assisi and gave great tips. The location is amazing, in the middle of the city. Breakfast was great. Good value for money.

The owners of the hotel were friendly and very warm. The day we traveled from Rome to Assisi there were train delays and cancellations. But they called to find out what time we would be arriving and waited for us. We reached the hotel at almost 11pm. And they were still waiting for us. We had a pleasant experience in Assisi all because of the warm reception.

We loved everything about it, just wished we could have stayed longer! The hosts were so kind and accommodating- we were a large group of 9 (5 adults and 4 under 5s!) and all of the staff were just fantastic. The rooms are wonderful, lovely and cool and the location is brilliant. We will be back next year!

The location was brilliant - so close to everything, especially to the town centre. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, from the minute we walked in we felt right at home. The hotel is just so charming and delightful.
