Perfect for everything. Shower was powerful, bathroom was clean, bed was very comfortable, + great location, view, wifi, breakfast.... (slippers and a bottle opener in the room were helpful). The restaurants for lunch/dinner in Assisi can be tricky, but the Italian lady at the front desk gave me perfect and great suggestions, every time I asked her. (I would suggest you to book popular restaurants in advance) The male manager was also friendly and kind - if your room is ready, he might allow you an early check in ;) I recommend anyone who wants a simple, reasonable, and comfortable hotel, and not over the top in Assisi.

We had the suite. Very spacious and very comfortable. Quiet at night and great view in the morning from the suite windows. Very close to be basilica. 5 to 8 mins walk.

Great breakfast selection. Helpful staff and a great location. Very clean and fairly spacious. Heated towel rack was really helpful. Try to get a room with a balcony view, ours looked out to roof tops.

The property was very nicely situated, lots of eats and places to drink. Breakfast was simple but nice eggs bacon, crossiants, pancakes, cereal, toast

The hotel met all our expectations. The location was excellent - it was very central and a great base from which to explore the city. The room was spotless and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our flight was a late arrival and the staff stayed up to welcome us in. This was very much appreciated. I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel.
