Everything pretty much, the large and lovely rooms, the wonderful bathroom, nice beds, great central location, for the price it was superb! Breakfast was even put together and made to order, super fresh. A very small thing would be for them to have something nicer than or different to cornflakes for the cereal option.

Literally everything. It was the only stay during my trip that actually surprised me, from the attention to detail, quality of the products, the super large room and bathroom, and the lovely breakfast. The bed is amazing.

Location in the heart of Assisi. Premises and room spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly helpful and accommodating. Very good breakfast.

Amazing B&B with an excellent location! The room was great and had a beautiful view, tea making facilities and air conditioning. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the delicious breakfast was customized to our preference and served in a garden courtyard at individual tables. Overall exceptional stay!

I liked everything, except for the fact that there was no parking available in the nearby area. I travelled 30 days in Italy, visiting Rome, Tivoli, Ostia Antica, Assisi and Florence. This B&B was by far the best accommodation I stayed in and I highly recommend it for other travellers visiting Assisi. I should also mention that Alessia (not sure of the name) was extremelly nice and helped me to change where to return my rental car (changing from Rome to Florence) and also to find another B&B where I could stay an extra night in Assisi (unfortunately, Brunelli B&B was full for this extra night).

Located in the historic centre, a short walk to either end of the town. Beautiful, spacious rooms and en suites. Breakfast in the courtyard was the perfect way to start the day with delicious food and beautiful scenery.
