Shortest way to describe Stamatia Residence is clean, spacious and comfortable, and Stamatia herself (the owner) is friendly, helpful and kind. Since we have a very small baby, it was great to have such a lovely host to help us with anything we might have needed, no matter how big or small. We were looking for a place near the beach, in the town centre, with plenty of natural shade around the building, and we were not dissapointed. Huge balcony that is hidden from the sunlight all day long (there is one on the other side as well), large living room, bathroom and separate bedrooms, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place for everyone, especially families.
