Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.The hot spring bath is open from 15:00-midnight and 07:00-10:00.Renovation work is done from 9:00 to 17:00 daily staring June 10 to Mid-December 2024. The guest rooms, each floor, restaurants, banquet halls, lobby are under renovation.

Comfortable hotel in a good location. The onsen baths were very nice. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding.

The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic. The onsen was very good. The swimming pool did not allow too much swimming but was attractive other ways. And the hotel was not far from the railway station from where the bus up to Mount Aso was leaving.

The location is very near ASO dominion park and opposite there’s a 24hr restaurant with very good affordable food . And there’s also washing machine at the pool area provided for use for free

Amazing location near Aso Station and Mount Aso. Great assistance and friendly service. Three internal onsens and a warm pool, relax and enjoy your stay. The businness room combines tatami experience with a french bedroom.

This hotel experience was absolutely amazing! They have nice staff, great food and even the opportunity to visit their spa facilities. The location is also perfect for visiting the national park.

We really liked the view from the room, breakfast and onsen facility. This is not the newest hotel, but still is a great option in Aso. It is a bit distant from the railway station, so better take a taxi or use the shuttle transportation provided by the hotel.
