Lovely house set in beautiful grounds. Plenty of safe parking. Host was very helpful and friendly making me feel immediately welcome. Room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is excellent, great shower.

Plenty of choice for breakfast, cereals and cooked food. Manager Simon was friendly and helpful, I requested yogurt for my musli and he accommodated my request. The cooked breakfast was freshly cooked and good quality. Simon assisted us by making recommendations for near by restaurants for an evening meal. We chose the Beaches, a five minute walk, very good place to eat, see separate review. The room was clean and well finished, tea and coffee facilities were in the room. Our room had windows to two aspects, both on quiet busy roads but there was no noise in the room. The bed was fairly comfortable, my initial concern was the duet just about touched the edges of the king size bed and was a bit thin. However it was very cosy. Good shower with nice hot water. We only stayed one night and the hotel met our needs.

Great welcome, very pleasant and efficient staff. Good choice of breakfast options. I had full English with the bacon being very tasty and well above average for many hotels. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Located just on the edge of the town 5 minute walk
