Excellent location. The room we had was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. En suite bathroom very spacious with corner bath and overhead shower. Breakfast very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay and would definately recommend to Friends and Family should they want accomodation in Ashbourne and we would certainly book to stay again if in area.

Unfortunately roadworks impeded our initial access to the property. Basically just ignore & follow satnav. Secure parking at rear of property. Extremely warm & friendly welcome even tho we were much later in arriving than anticipated. Very comfortable and warm bedroom. Good quality bed & bedding. Vegetarian breakfast provided. Thank you for a delightful stay in a beautiful & interesting small town

A proper, traditional bed and breakfast. The hostess was friendly, welcoming and keen to make sure you had everything you needed. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with everything you would expect in a hotel like this, and some nice extra’s. The location was central for everything but also quiet, with free parking which is always a bonus.

Very welcoming reception by the lady who owns the B&B. Close to the center, quiet location at the back of Sainsbury’s. Very clean, large room, lovely bathroom.

Room spacious, comfortable, very clean and very quiet. Host very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night before running a half marathon race. They did us a special breakfast of porridge early Sunday morning before the race and allowed us to have a late check out at 1pm free of charge so that we could shower and change after the race. Very convenient location - 2 mins from bus station, pubs and cafes within 5 minutes walk, leisure centre and start of Tissington Trail less than 10 minutes walk.
