The location is superb and excellent value for money. The Okeover Arms a five minute walk away was excellent (we went twice). Ashbourne is a short walk away. We walked to Dovedale. We cycled on the Tissington Trail. The property is perfect for two. There was nothing obvious missing. The house had hooks for coats, somewhere to put outdoor shoes and a tea pot which are some of things that annoy me when they are absent.

The location is what makes the property superb. It is in a lovely little village and only a 5 minute walk from an excellent pub. Quaint little cottage that has everything you need. And when you get the fire going it is as cosy as can be.

Quaint Cottage out in the countryside. Good local walks and not too far from the town of Ashbourne. Had everything we needed which made it a very good stay and would happily book again.
