Food, beach, facilities, new year eve party and staff are friendly. Also, the receptionist automatically upgraded my room to ground garden room as I have 2 children.

The location and the beach is sandy great for kids, some food items are great, the place has many pools to choose from, last but not least the staff almost everyone is very friendly and they wanted to please everyone as much as they could. Also there is a market there has too many items with decent prices.

The stuff are super friendly, caring, and welcoming. The rooms are so lovely and comfortable. The food in the open buffet is very delicious.

Staff are very friendly and helpful especially the ladies at reception, they helped me during mistake happened while online reservation. Also they select a suitable room for me and my family. Hotel and rooms are clean. Shutter bus make reaching the beach easy. The food is good but it needs adding more varieties.

Very cozy and nice place.. very friendly staff especially Mariam Saeed at the reception.. the location is great.. the food was tasty and with a nice variety and excellent quality.. very good value for money

Breakfast and dinner was included and was great. We even ordered food at the cafeteria area on the beach and the lunch was delicious and very affordable. The staff was so helpful and kind. The lady at the front desk Mariam was also very helpful and answered all our questions. Will be coming back again for sure.

The BEST staff ever, very friendly and supportive. The girls at the reception were very welcoming and helped us a lot. The location is also amazing, right at the beginning of sokhna road. Also the beach is sandy and clean.
