Hatice “Nice location and friendly staff!”

Very good location with less than 5 mins walking distance to the main bus station. Staff explained me everything for catching a luxury bus to Moshi. Also they are overall nice to chat with. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is easy with Bolt. There is a small shop literally in front of the hotel for groceries and food stands on the street. Locals in the area are very friendly and don’t bother tourists (unless you go the bus station, where it’s the usual “catch the muzungu” vibe). My room had a view on Mount Meru. Room is clean, spacious and has a big bathroom. Wifi is working fine. There is a decent shower with good water pressure and hot water (it takes approximately 5 mins for the water to turn hot so be patient and don’t bother staff at 5 in the morning like me :’D) There was a power outage in Arusha but the hotel turned on the generator to provide electricity. It’s a nice place to stay if you want to explore Arusha and go on safari. There are beautiful coffee farms in the north of Arusha, which are worth a visit. I went to Baraka coffee farm which I would recommend.

Very nice little hotel in the centre of town. They stored our luggage when we were on safari. Great food, well worth having lunch there. Friendly staff.

room is good but Wi-Fi was a bit challenging, its a great property at a great location where one can access most of basic amenity and shopping is accessible at a arm length and the food was great at affordable price

The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was far from my reason of visit in Arusha (Grand Melia). That was quite inconveniencing taking bajaj every morning. But the staff willingly helped me get transport services whenever i needed them. The rooms were very clean except a weird smell in the bathroom/ may be sewage. I took breakfast only twice and it was okay. Had chicken for my first dinner, the chicken was tough, didnt enjoy my meal. The mattress was quite uncomfortable- had some sort of ridges- made my nights a bit not soo comfortable. On Monday morning, 02 December, someone opened my door from outside. i wondered how that was possible with doors that use cards to open. That worried me but i informed the front desk and it didn't happen again. On the whole, I enjoyed my stay at RICH HOTEL. Blessings! Merry Christmas!!

Clean, next door to main bus station, great helpful staff, hot water, comfortable bed, soft lighting over the bed if thats what you need, misquito netting set up over bed but also ac if you need it......ticks all the right boxes. Not luxury but its not priced for that

The staff are very hospitable, location is extremely good for access to city center and for its price, i think its a perfect place and i would recommend Rich hotel to anybody

Perfectly adequate urban hotel close to the central market. Served our needs while we were there for two days but for any longer it would be a bit challenging. The small rooms were basic but clean, staff were nice and friendly, bathrooms were OK. Breakfast was fine though simple.
