We were warmly received by Ms Subira, and our housekeeper, Ms Agnes, made our rooms super clean and comfortable to say in. Generally, the staff at Kiteme are kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Mary, who went above and beyond to make our stay and Arusha experience magical!! Wonderful staff, 👍 great service. Kiteme is located closer to the road, which eased our movement

Super friendly staff and nice big room with cosy bed. The fan on the roof was perfect for august as it wasn’t too hot. The breakfast was okay, plenty of food and small variety each day. The area is a local area and there’s plenty of kids around who love to chat and say hi :) it’s only a short tuk tuk ride to the center for about 2000/3000 shillings, you just have to walk out to the paved road.

Despite the very low cost our rooms had everything we needed and were very comfortable, staff was super friendly, breakfast was large and very tasty. The location wasn’t an area to stroll around in, very poor, but we felt safe and secure.

This acommodation is good if you need a short stay in Arusha. It is close to the airport and the facility was new and clean. The surrounding of the hotel is not so nice, but we felt safe here anyway.
