The staff were friendly and kind. The location made everything we wanted to do walkable, restaurants, cafes, shopping and other sights. If it wasn't for our check out experience, we would have rated it higher.

I stayed twice (before and after my safari) the second time I had a room with a garden view which was much nicer than the previous room on the other side of the hotel. The staff were very helpful

Managers was very good, he did upgrade our room because we arrived.we had balcony with garden view and staff was very nice. Breakfast was very nice.

We arrived very late owing to a delayed flight, but the staff were waiting for us and made us feel welcome from the start. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is charming and authentically African while being in a very convenient location. Breakfast was most satisfying and the restaurant offers an extensive menu of African and Asian dishes. The hotel also has an attractive, well-kept garden.

The hotel is very central and modern. The rooms are large with one wall of windows opening onto a balcony and facing a treed garden. Comfortable king-size bed and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Having an in-house restaurant was very convenient and the food was good. The staff was very helpful and the Nairobi-Arusha shuttle picks up there.

good location in Arusha. Old style hotel with big rooms and a nice balcony overlooking the garden. And they have a great chef who can do really good indian food.

I particularly liked the absolute professionalism, effectiveness and helpfulness of the staff. Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for money, hotel way beyond expectations!
