The staff here is so kind and helpful. For us it was a Perfect place to stay some nights before and after a safari. The staff took good care of our bagage while we were on tour. Good and clean rooms.

This was our second stay at Bright Star and every bit as enjoyable as the first. We had a room opening onto the long upstairs balcony. Very nice to sit there and relax after busy days. Really helpful and friendly staff. The breakfasts were nice, too. We can highly recommend this hotel!

Good breakfast. A few different options for dinner at a good price, clean rooms, attached bathrooms. Reasonably quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly and helpful staff and owner. Pretty close to Arusha city centre. Wifi also works well.

5 STARS!! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Veronica and her team are some of the most welcoming and kind people you’ll meet and the place itself is perfect hideout from the hustle and bustle of the amazing city of Arusha Food’s exceptional Rooms are perfect for a great nights sleep: clean/black out curtains/comfy beds/cool temperature (which is a treat out here) On top of all of this Veronica and her team went above and beyond for me when I left my bag in a Bajaj when being dropped off at the hotel. This bag had my laptop and passport along with a number of other valuable goods inside it. With the CCTV images from the hotel and the local knowledge of where I had been picked up they got it back. Absolute angels!
