Great vibe, very good value for money and the kitchen staff are lovely and make tasty food. Only communication with the accommodation before hand is very spotty.

The farm itself was magnificent, lots of greenery. Food was delicious and at a reasonable price of just 5 dollars. The staff was helpful and cheerful. Generally we had an amazing stay. We booked the bungalow close to the river and absolutely loved the sounds of it.

Wow, what a find! Tucked away in a lush banana plantation near Arusha, this eco-hostel stole my heart. My cozy barn cabin felt like a treehouse dream, complete with a porch swing and stunning Mount Meru views. But the real showstopper? The incredibly cheap eats and drinks! I feasted on delicious organic meals straight from the farm without breaking the bank. If you're after an authentic Tanzanian experience that's easy on the wallet, Banana Farm Eco Hostel is a must-visit. Trust me, your taste buds and your budget will thank you!

Beautiful hostel in a lovely banana farm. Very nice atmosphere, good food, clean and nice rooms/cabins. The (free) farm tour is absolutely recommended!

Extraordinary concept, good staff, 22 min drive to Arusha, 40 min to Arusha Airport, good food (yes, it can be simple and good)

The environment here is super friendly with cool people who are willing to help. Regina was extremely helpful throughout my stay and the cooks always prepared really good tasting food. Being amongst the farm is also quite special and it feels very homely within the compound. Wouldn’t hesitate with booking this one.
