We had a great stay. Sue went s as nice and beyond to source chocolates to be in our room as a surprise for my wife’s 60th along with a card from the staff wishing her a happy birthday. Thanks to all the team and Sue !

Loved the location....SUPER comfy bed and large size room.Shame both bars were not open(as each served different draught larger) once someone from reception did serve us the 2nd time we're told short of staff due to a wedding.Room on 3rd floor fab size (no lift but we were informed that before arrival). Friendly reception staff especially Iggy.

Amazing location in Arundel. Room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, milk biscuits ect and reception staff were happy to replenish should you run out outside Housekeeping hours. Staff were friendly and helpful.
