Friendly staff. Fact that room had large windows and at night plenty of light. Several USB ports in room - very necessary when there are so many gadgets to charge up these days. Good breakfast

Location ideal for my requirements, in easy reach of Arundel town centre. Very near rail station but I didn't travel by train on this occasion. Room was quiet despite being near the station and on the main road. Breakfast was nice on my second morning - on my first morning I had to go out early but the proprietor gave me a bag of snacks I could take out with me. Shower room nice and clean. Had to wait a while for hot water to come through but had a good shower.

Excellent stay, clean comfy and spacious rooms. Iron available on request. Breakfast really nice. This is our 2 nd visit . Short walk to the village.

It was clean…. The bar area very nice although did not make use of it.. room was very good large comfy bed shower very good…. Room clean.. no issues

A great find: loads of parking, clean, bright rooms and a nice breakfast in a rather lovely conservatory room. The garden looked nice but it was a little cold to hang out there in March. It's right next to the road but the double glazing was incredible and you couldn't hear hardly anything (you might not want to open the window in the summer, however. There is an overhead fan). I slept incredibly well, so I'd say that the beds and the pillows were good. Just five-ten minutes walk into town.

I liked the breakfast room with beautiful plants and a very good breakfast with a big variety to choose from. I really appreciated having gluten free .
