The house is in the centre of Arta and you can enjoy cafés, restaurants, and shops in walking distance. Sometimes you can park on the street, close to the house, but most streets are for residents only parking. But it is great that there are 2 large parkings nearby, free of charge and places are always available. We arrived and departed during the night - all was duly organised - deposit requested to be paid by bank, keys left in a keybox. The house was very clean and comfortable! There was pretty much everything we needed to spend a 2 weeks vacation there - a garden, a top roof terrace, a diiner room, and a kitchen, two nice reception rooms - plenty of space to spend time together. The kitchen was fully equipped. There were beach bags and towels, beach umbrellas, and we didn't need to buy much that we were going to leave behind. The owner was approachable and very nice and easy to communicate with. Great worry-free summer holiday experience for our family!
