Good value for money being a long way outside the city of Bilbao. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station that takes you to Bilbao centre, or use a car. On an industrial estate, so quiet at night. Breakfast is OK and the room had aircon (just as well during the summer 2022 heatwave). Friendly efficient staff. Elevator to all floors.

Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. I would particularly like to give a mention to the excellent Fish Restaurant which is located next to the hotel. Well worth a visit.

Ibis beds (mattress and pilows) are always exceptional. Never disappoint. Staff was friendly and breakfast was OK. Parking right at the front door.

Very helpfull staff, l think there is a problem with the drains, inside and outside, we had a noisy room overlooking the motorway! Traffic all night. Friend had a room at the back very quiet!
