The location was perfect and we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly member of staff. The room catered for all our needs and the bathroom was clean with an efficient shower. Breakfast was excellent with far more food than we expected!

breakfast not that good same items every morning [not good], twin rooms very small, you could not open bathroom door properly due to the bed being to close , location very good.

Beautiful location , right on the Grand Place. It was great to be able to walk straight out on to the Grand Place in the morning and return at night, when the Grand Place is very atmospheric, illuminated by lights behind the gables. The square and nearby streets are full of good places to eat. Excellent good-sized breakfasts were served in the breakfast room.

The hotel, a 15th century building, was superbly well converted to more modern needs, and it was exceptionally clean if not ultra stylish. The staff were helpful, and the situation in an impressive square was ideal. Lots of excellent eateries well within walking distance. It was perhaps unfortunate that none of the usual parking was available in the square whilst we were there. Breakfasts (uncooked) were unusual but vast, enabling midday snacks to be smuggled out of the dining room. Enjoyable and recommended.

The property is comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful with the key/door at the front, it is obviously very dated outside and the rooms are comfortable

Very well located and easy to find with many restaurants and visitor sites close by. The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed in the room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and good value for money.
