The hotel was easy to find with ample free parking. It has easy access to the centre of Arras; I walked to Place des Heroes from there.

For the price, this was a very decent hotel. The room was clean with a big, comfortable bed and enough furniture to stock your belongings. A nice little touch is a bottle of water, hot chocolate and tea (to make yourself with an espresso machine). The heather was on, making the room warm upon arrival. Two pillows to make yourself comfortable to watch TV and clean sheets. We didn't take the breakfast so can't give anything on that.

The receptionist, Ilya, was really welcoming and helpful. Comfortable double bed and nice room - really good value for money and no extra charge for dogs is a real bonus. Convenient en route. Good breakfast as recommended by other guests. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was better than expected. Great selection of bread, pastries, fruit, cheese and cold cuts. Very good value for the price of 7.95 euros.
