Good sized room with excellent shower and great views over the estury and beyond. Super breakfast, particularly the fresh fruit and yogurt and a choice of cooked options. Very good value. Good choice of evening meals, staff and owners very friendly and helpful

The price of drinks were a bit expensive, could get a cider £1- 1.50 cheaper at the pubs up the road.

Lovely room, great staff, dinner and breakfast were both excellent. Beautiful place to say on the promenade overlooking the Estuary. 10 out of 10 to the owners.

our room was near the exit door so alot of noise at night and first thing in the morning. Toilet to close to the radiator
