i am a very light sleeper and i made a few simple requests. the staff did an excellent job in assisting with room location requests. it didnt cost rydges a cent and i wasnt after anything extra. but it was a pleasant experience to have them read the request and assist me. 10 OUT OF 10 TO THE STAFF FROM ME !!

Checking in was easy and the staff was super friendly, patient with questions and explaining where to park even rating the restaurant and what to eat! . A solid welcome and standard set which was held throughout the time staying there.

A brilliant break for a crisp autumn weekenw away. The location was convenient yet quiet away from the very centre of town. A delightfully modern property and a wonderful comfortable room. A desk big enough to work from and a bed soft enough to not want to rise from the next morning. All in all a wonderful property to choose for an Armidale stay.

Beautifully appointed room! Very clean and comfortable! Staff very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend! This was our second stay! The restaurant did not disappoint again!

The staff were exceptional - went above and beyond with their service and friendliness. The room was well appointed and spacious My request prior to arriving was completed and I couldn't ask for lovelier service from each staff member I encountered, but especially the lovely ladies in the restaurant and at reception. The only negative was the mattress was really uncomfortable and I think needs replacing. But otherwise - an excellent stay and will come back again.
