I had a wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The trees outside my window provided a lovely view and muted the street noise. It was a pleasure to see the deer roaming and waiting to be fed.

the website needs to be updated so that it is clear from the filter on "pets" that the options for rooms clearly shows either "pet suitable" first OR if you can't do that that "no pets allowed" is at the front of each option as me and other patrons have apparently missed this issue and this has caused stress for the lovely manager who is having to explain why further debits have been made for room usage.

Deer were so cute. The room was a good size and was clean and comfortable. The staff did their best to let us feed the deer even starting early to accomodate us.

It was great to have breakfast included, plain breakfast but adequate. The room was very large, we enjoyed going to see the deer. The gentleman was very nice at ensuring we could take breakfast to our room on Sunday.

Good value for a clean, dog friendly room over Xmas holidays. Got a free upgrade to the family suite which is bigger. Great indoor pool. Friendly, helpful receptionist and the deer are SO cute which was a nice bonus of staying here! Deer feeding times are 5pm and 9am.
