Late check in was made easy by good communication regarding key pick up. The room was clean and tidy with the personal touch of a tea set on the end of the bed. Free continental breakfast was a great way to start the day and included cereals, yoghurt, toast, croissants and muffins.

Just on the outskirts of the town. We were looking for something basic but cosy and it was just what we need to spend a night. Comfy bed with private ensuite. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. Staff was very friendly. Parking was just in front of the room which made loading/unloading of luggage easy. Highly recommended.

Clean, tidy room. Close to town. Personal touches in the room were nice - teapot and cups with teabags on the end of the bed.

Clean, comfortable parked right outside. Great value for money. Fridge, microwave, hairdryer, tv, WiFi , toiletries, Tea, coffee biscuits. Nice touch herbal tea pot & cups too. Great shower & bathroom. Cosy clean and a great breakfast.

Never had an issue with this motel over the 8+ stays in the past 6 months, always my go to choice when in Armidale. Has everything you could need, staff are great to deal with, room is clean and comfortable.
