Lovely modern room, fabulous bathroom and shower, with a nice view from the balcony, well positioned for Armenistis village and after a while you figure out the wee passages to and fro ….fun to find at midnight but really lovely folks and a nice visit. …highly recommended as well as Mary Mary restaurant and both of the nearby coffee shops ….a good base for this side of the island ….wish we had stayed 2 more days …and the owners daughter drew us a lovely picture to take with us ❤️

Everything positive that had been mentioned in previous reviews was true. Lovely quite location. Exceptionally beautiful boutique hotel and superbly finished rooms. A fantastic welcome from both Rosemary and Damon just to add to the overall wonderful experience at this hidden gem in Icaria. PS: Don't tell everyone, as we like to keep Selene our secret Hideaway.

This property is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and styled. Every detail Considered and extremely tastefully done. The views are stunning from each room. We had two rooms each with outdoor seating to relax and watch the ocean view. The local beach was a very short walk and spectacular to swim in. The village of Armenistis is filled with of little shops and many restaurants serving delicious local cuisine. We hired a car and explored the island. Parking can be an issue at this hotel. Rosemary is like Alice from the Brady Bunch, attending to your every need and making our stay homely, friendly and warm. Each morning Rosemary presented our breakfast in a quaint picnic basket, with breakfast served on the large outdoor terrace with views of the sea. We loved our time at the Selene and would definitely stay again.

Our recent stay at Selene in Ikaria was a truly unforgettable experience. From the stunning sea views to the serene atmosphere, Selene was the ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Rosemary, the property's gracious host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her daily breakfasts were a delightful treat, and her meticulous attention to detail made us feel right at home. I cannot recommend Selene enough. It is a gem that offers an unforgettable experience. If you're seeking a truly exceptional stay in Ikaria, look no further.

A warm welcome in this family ran hotel. Newly and tastefully renovated. Superb attention to details: Korres toiletries, plush towels, fabulous shower and best night sleep of our trip on an excellent bed! Nespresso in the room. Location is great too: quiet but super close to the beach/restaurants… terrace is super chill. We did not have a room with a view but most do have one. Complimentary breakfast was good for us and Rosemary even threw some additional pancakes in the mix! Will stay again if back in Ikaria.

From the moment we arrived, everything exuded quality, from the beautifully furnished rooms to the delightful complimentary breakfast. The entire property was impeccably clean, and we quickly felt at home in this inviting environment.
