The accomodation was exceptional. Nathalie was very welcoming, professional and helpful. The hotel is well situated close to the centre of town so it was easy to walk to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and even homemade cakes. We had a wonderful stay.

The location is fantastic, only a short walk across the road to the old part of town. Nathalie’s home is elegant, stylish, immaculate and charming. She is a generous and welcoming host. The secure parking was a bonus.

Perfect location, very stylish small hotel with great ambiance. Breakfast was held in cozy dining room around one big table together with other guests.

The property is just a few minutes walk from the main sites in Arles and just across the road from loads of bars and restaurants. The bedroom size was great - really large with a large bed, with a large separate bathroom and really comfortable. Even though the property is right on the main road in Arles and literally on a big car park, the double glazing was amazing! It was really quiet and our room overlooked the road and the carpark! The lady who ran the property was really helpful. She spoke great English and directed us to visit different sites and places in the area which we possibly wouldn't have seen or known about if we were in a more 'corporate' hotel. Breakfast included many homemade cakes and puddings which were amazing. All in all, this is a brilliant place to stay in Arles - don't be put off when you arrive and look at it across the car park from the main road!!

The location in the centre of ‘old’ Arles was very lively which we liked. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The house had lots of character but is in need of some renovation. We liked that we had secure parking. Natalie the host was very helpful in guiding us to the house after our SatNav failed to find it! Sitting eating breakfast with fellow guests on the terrace was very enjoyable and the breakfasts were generous. Lovely big room and bed. Nathalie was very helpful in telling us about places to visit in Provence.
