The hotel is very well placed with just a short walk to the town of Arles. The room was comfortable and quiet and we had a good view of the town. The breakfast was exceptional and very good value for money. We will definitely stay again.

Although we couldt try the swimming pool, due to a lack of time, we were very happy and satisfied with our stay! Bed mega comfortable, friendly staff, spacious room. Tip: if you are annoyed by noise, as I heard from other reviews, ask for a quiet room. We did so, and had no noises at night. We will come back!

Indoor swimming pool is good. Lobby is big and well decorated. Reception staff are polite and helpful. Carpark is a selling point. Coffee machine is good.

This place totally exceeded our expectations. It was WAY better than we expected from the photos and reviews. The lobby is full huge, active, and full of amenities. The rooms are large, clean, and otherwise great. The complaints about noise were unfounded for us (we had our best sleeps in ages during our stay). It's true the coffee maker is a mystery (I have a PhD in engineering and could not figure it out). The bar was closed, which is a pity considering the great atmosphere. The staff were a bit sparse later on, but that wasn't a problem for us. They let us keep our bikes safe in an unused conference room.

The hotel is relatively easy to find and has ample parking spaces. The hotel is very spacious and has a large pool which has a retractable roof for sunny days. The breakfast was very good indeed and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. It is a short walk into the old part of Arles including the amphitheatre and locations made famous by Vincent van Gogh. There is no evening dinner but the city has numerous restaurants.
