everything was lovely apart from the reason we booked the hotel was to be able to use the spa & pool facilities that are advertised. Unfortunately they was not open and the staff could not tell us if they would even be open the following day or why they was not open. It is miss leading and should not be advertised.

very nice hotel with lots of parking. We did find the shower and lift rather small, good for thin people!
