What an amazing place! The setting of this property, on the edge of the canyon, is phenomenal! The road to it takes 2hrs with the last 30 mins being a great drive! Rooms comfortable and clean. Was noisy at the night from the wind!! Loved the outdoor shower with a view. Food great in the evening and breakfast and the staff very friendly.

The location of the Lodge is by far the best benefit. The view is simply fantastic. No other similar option with the view over Fish River Canyon exists and this is why we have chosen the lodge. The tent was very nice and comfortable, the food was very good and the service as well.

Friendliness of the staff, Marion the Manager had very interesting stories. We went on 2x rim hikes, 20km in total, was awesome. The highlite was the ride into the canyon and having lunch there!!

exceptional views. the stargazing beds were one of the highlights. friendly staff. reaching the location felt little inconvenient, but, the location is the sole reason for the exceptional views. even the hike to the canyon provided by the hotel was worth an experience.

Outstanding location, with challenging approach (20 Km inside the lodge area) but a breath taking view into the canyon. Excellent bungalows and fantastic food. We appreciated the sustainable concept (to save energy and water). And the night sky is unbelievable!

Clean with a breathtaking view! Food was nice as well. Staff was friendly and the manager was hands-on.
