The fine print
For stays for 7 nights or more, bed linen is provided. Towels are not included and should be requested on site. For stays less than 7 nights, beds are made on arrival, 2 sets of towels are provided and final cleaning (except kitchenette and dishes) is included. Please note that a baby cot can be accommodated but the baby is considered as 1 person within the maximum occupancy of the Studio or Apartment. Please note that the outdoor pool is heated from April until October. A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg is available on request at an extra cost. The kit includes 1 cot with 1 bed sheet and 1 high chair for a child from 6 months old. Please note that the property offers a free entertainment program for adults during the day from 26 June until 15 September and for teens in July and August. Please note that special requests have to be submitted via the Special Requests box when booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent pool and really liked the wind break feature of the shrubs which kept it sheltered when elsewhere it was blowing a gale! The steps into the pool very good and easy to get in and out. Reception staff helpful but their info sheet and local market information for the area was wrong. Very handy location for the marina with a good selection of cafés, resturants, bakery and fresh fish from the fishermen! Racao beach and cliff walks very handy as was the local bus stops.

Everything. Fabulous apartment overlooking the Port and beyond. Comfy bed and hot shower. Great location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the Port. Sandy beaches nearby and easy walk to Argeles village and along the coast. Bus stops and boat trips a few minutes walk from the apartment. Big thanks to receptionist Tim, who speaks good English, for his help and kindness.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. All the reception staff spoke good english. Location was excellent with good view of the marina. Good carparking facilities. We will definitely use this facility again.

Location, view, kitchenette, lift, balcony, communal areas kept very clean and staff reacted very quickly when we reported that the light outside our front door wasn’t working and fixed it straight away. We were able to self cater and therefore enjoy the wonderful produce and markets of the area very cheaply.

Location superb, right on the port full of small boats. Excellent promenade full of bars, restaurants etc starts at the door and goes on for miles. The town proper is a mile or two away. Plenty of free parking on site; if full loads of free parking a stone’s throw away. Our one bed apartment was a very good size and had all the expected amenities.
